Firstly Congratulations to Stuart & Bec on taking ownership of Express Fitness. John and I are excited for you both and know you will fit in well within the club.

John & I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the past five and a half years, it has been an amazing journey and one we will be forever grateful for. We have met so many people during the years that have become lifelong friends; we have really enjoyed the atmosphere of the club it has been like one BIG family.

We would like to reassure you that your membership will continue as normal and the sale will have no effect on your membership or access to the facility. For those of you on direct debit agreements the name of which is attached to your direct debit will change and will take effect today.

If you are on a paid in advance membership that will also continue on as normal and you will be notified at renewal date.

Please be sure to make Stuart feel welcome in the club & introduce yourself.

Once again thank you to everyone for all your support over the years it means a lot to our family.

| Acai Bowls |

Are you someone that loves acai bowls?

I personally ❤ them however I am mindful of how they are made and the hidden sugar contained within them.

If you aren't careful acai bowls could contribute to weight gain by excess sugar consumption.

A few points some people aren't aware of:

🍇 Acai comes in both energy and pure ( energy has extra sugar whereas pure doesn't so always chose pure)

🍏 Most places make acai on apple juice which adds more sugar again. ( I request to be made with coconut water)

🍌 Banana is the fruit of choice most cafes use to make acai. Once again sugar 😲 ( I opt for mango or berries)

As you can see if you aren't mindful of what is contained within your acai bowl you could be consuming a sugar bomb.

Make some simple changes and you can enjoy this over those ☉ hot summer days
