
These chicken balls are my new favourite for lunch teamed with a garden salad. They are quick and easy to make and great for the kids as well in their lunch boxes for something different.
Makes 30 balls
Ingredients
1kg Chicken Mince
2 Medium Brown Onions, Finely Diced
1 Red Capsicum, Finely Diced
2 Carrots grated
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Ketjap Manis
Salt and Pepper
Method
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
Form into small balls and place on a baking tray that is lined with baking paper and bake for approx 30-40mins on 180 degrees.
Allow to cool then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
This is great served with a garden salad and sweet potato.
