Am I locked into a 12-month contract?

A: At Express Fitness 24/7 we offer a number of membership options to ensure we meet the needs of our clients.  If a 12-month contract isn’t for you then our individual membership would be most suited to your needs. Cancel at anytime by providing one months notice.

Do you offer classes?

Although we don’t offer classes such as body attack, pump or spin what we do offer is small group training, which is included in your weekly membership fee. These classes are fun, challenging and rewarding.  Ask your club manager for the timetable.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes we offer membership freeze whether it be your on a well deserved holiday, injured or just have a period where you are busy and can’t it to the gym. See your club manager to complete the necessary form.

Do I have to have an access card?

All members over the age of 17 require an access card to the facility. If you are under 17 you can obtain an access card at the discretion of both your parents and the club manager.

How old do I have to be to join Express Fitness 24/7?

Our minimum age is 14 with parent consent however in some circumstances we have allowed children younger to join the facility however this is assessed case by case and in discussion with the parents or guardian.

Can I bring a friend in for a trial?

If you are a member of Express Fitness 24/7 and wish to bring a friend in to try the facility, they will need to meet the requirements of the trial and complete a waiver. This can only be done during staffed hours, M-F 8:30 – 11 & 3-7pm Saturday 8:30 – 1pm

Do you have showers for members to use?

Yes we have showers available for members who like to train and go straight to work from the gym.

Do you have CCTV?

Yes we do have CCTV, which is back to base monitoring, we also have emergency duress buttons if needed and the carparks located at the front of the gym are also under surveillance.

How do I update my personal details?

You can speak to the manager in club or you can provide this information via email.

I am injured can I still use the facility?

Yes however we suggest you get approval from your Dr before performing any exercise. They will be able to advise what exercises are suitable for you.

I am new to the gym what support will I receive?

When joining you will receive an orientation of the facility showing you how to use each piece of equipment correctly and effectively. We also offer member programs, group training and Personal Training  to assist with ensuring you not only achieve your goals but also feel comfortable in the facility.

Do I have to go on direct debit?

If you prefer to pay your membership upfront via Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard or Cash can and therefore direct debit is not required. If you wish to pay your membership as you go then direct debit is required.

Are you registered with any Private Health Providers?

Yes we are registered with NIB, depending on the level of cover you have will depend on the amount you can claim for gym membership.
