Khalia has been featured in Women’s Health Magazine with an article written about ups and downs of her body transformation journey. She’s gained first hand experience and is now enjoying a healthier lifestyle and has maintained her goal weight for the past 5 years. Her journey continues as an aspiring natural bodybuilder With goals to compete in a natural bodybuilding competition.

Khalia loves encouraging her friends and family to get active and achieve balance in their life and fitness goals. She’s got a background in IT, loves computer games, 4 wheel driving and mountain biking.
